Member of the Equine Art Guild & Society of Equestrian Artists.
I am an artist living in New Milton on the edge of the New Forest in the south of England. I have 2 beautiful daughters, a horse, 2 dogs & 1 cat which I am still waiting to have time to paint!
I am a mainly self taught artist and have enjoyed art in general and painting from an early age. I exhibit my equine paintings in the South of England regularly. These paintings include dressage art, different techniques, i.e. pallette knife and impressionistic work. Recent exhibitions include the Red House Museum, Christchurch, The Best of Hampshire exhibition at The Sir Harold Hillier Gardens in Romsey, Priory House, Christchurch and also at the Mall Galeries, London.
I specialize in horses and dog portraits and find the positive feedback from the owners so rewarding. I feel it is a real gift to produce something that will always be treasured. Different breeds I have painted range from Arab horses, thoroughbred horses, native breeds, heavy horses, show ponies and many more. I have recently been painting dogs more frequently, often from customers who have had their horse or pony painted.
